Family Photography
Family is so important and sometimes getting everyone together doesn’t often happen. It’s one of those photos that you need to have every few years. Your family might be huge or small, it doesn’t matter. They are all important to remember.
I’ll capture those funny faces and biggest bear-hugs. I’ll turn you into the stars of your photo story (you and your loved ones). All you have to do is be yourselves. I’ll take care of the rest. At your photo shoot we might host a tickle fight or snuggle up with a favourite storybook; build a human pyramid or gather around the piano for a song; play dress up or fly kites. The possibilities are endless. While you’re enjoying time together, I’ll be there with my camera to turn those sweet, silly moments into everlasting memories.
When to Come
Don’t delay. Years go by so quickly and having photographs with your most precious possession (your family) is priceless. If you have littlies under 5 years old, I recommend a morning shoot time. Other than that, we will figure out what time works well based on what kind of photos you would like to have.
Photo Session can be done in Studio or outdoors and can take up to an hour.
What We Can Do For You
We will discuss exactly what your session will look like when we get together for your planning session. In a nutshell, we can approach your session in 3 ways.
In Studio
This is also a great option if the weather is not that great and if this is for a family of 4 with fairly young children. Studio photos offer a clean look to your photos and give light that’s controlled.
Outdoors
I personally love outdoor photos. The scene is always different and gives a unique look to your photos. I highly recommend outdoor family photos especially if the group is bigger than 5 i.e. Extended families.
Creative Composite
If you’re after an art piece that is different from the normal traditional photos, then this is for you. We can bring your imagination to life. This is a great option if you want a statement art piece in your home. You can learn more about Creative Composites HERE.
